We often manage to source additional items after we have sold out, which is why we have added the ’notify me’ function. Just enter your email and we’ll send you a note when your item(s) is back in stock.

It’s very easy, we promise. The following shipping prices apply to any purchase made at Cubs Cartel.
Within the UK, all shipping is free of charge when your order is over £50; within the EU it’s €140; and the rest of the beautiful world is $240.
Your order is precious to us and so are speedy deliveries. We use both Royal Mail and DPD/Interlink Express for our deliveries. For international deliveries please allow up to 9 working days for your parcel to reach you.

We hold 2 annual sales, and whenever items go into sale they stay on sale. Register to receive our newsletter and you’ll receive a notification when our sale starts.
Our return rules are simple: take up to 14 days from the day you received your order. We offer free returns on all UK orders over £75 with Royal Mail. Outside the UK, all returns are paid by you, and this means you are responsible for your parcel until it arrives safely back at our HQ. Visit the Returns section for more information.
You will always be able to cancel your order up until the point of dispatch. Just contact us and we will do everything possible to cancel the order.
Once we receive your returned items, we aim to process all returns within 3 working days. Your refund will be issued through the same payment method as you used when you placed the order, and the money should be with you within no more than 5 working days.
Please note that on orders outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau.
